Chocolate is the new cheese, for sandwiches

Meet Nutella’s latest competitor, chocolate slices. It has never been as easy as shown in these pictures that you could put chocolate on bread without getting into a huge mess without the invention of Nutella. These chocolate slices were released by the Japanese company Bourbon.

These chocolate slices are made from the Nama Chocolate, a type of confectionary in Japan which is said to be rich and creamy, but not sweet as fudge, yet more intense in flavour than milk chocolate.

There is also a huge variety of ways you can use these for, such as melting and putting them on crepes or pancakes, cutting them into different shapes using cookie cutters, also making chocolate roses from them.
